I am excited to have our new website because as of today you can check out the
August updates on all our projects. We hope each of you develops a passion to
follow at least one of the incredible community projects that you support.

earned. This community recently received a water system where each home now has
clean water. There was no water to the school so the children voted to spend
their money earned from the sale of vegetables to buy the distribution system
to their own school. We will tell you more about this in September’s update.

Finally, we can’t wait to show you the progress a group of 14 women in
*Fernandez Alonzo*
are making in their lives. Etta Projects is working with these women with a
small micro credit loan and business education courses to give a community

Each month we will update each project so that you might see where your money
goes. Last month we announced our beautiful new web site and asked each of you
to give $10. Many of you did and we are so very grateful. We have received
about $3500 from that request. We are in need of at least $10,000 more. If each
person who receives this email gives just $10.00 that will give us a much needed
$5200 which will help us continue the work of these projects that may seem small
in the scheme of our lives but are transformative in the lives of rural poor
Bolivians .
We hope to be the organization where you know exactly where your $10 goes
because you can see the progress each month. If you want to know sooner than
that, just call me and we’ll chat. (I leave for Bolivia next week so leave your
number and give me a couple of days and I will call you from there.)
