To all Canadian Rotarians
Would you like to assist at the Rotary International Convention in Montreal?
One of the major undertakings during an International Convention is directing the attending Rotarains to the venues and to the many rooms where meetings are taking place.
I have been asked to encourage all Canadian registrants to consider checking the box on the registration form to volunteer as Sergeants and as Chairman of the Convention I ask you to do so.
Please pass this message onto all the members of your club and please post it on your club website.
Many thanks for your consideration as we all work to ensure the Montreal Convention a terrific success.
